Replacements and returns
Due to the nature of products we cannot restock sold items. Therefore we are unable to accept returned research chemicals. If your order arrives damaged, your item will be exchanged and reshipped. We ship at the expense and risk of the buyer. We can only guarantee delivery if you choose insured delivery. If one or more products are not available at the time of the order they can be sent in an extra shipment. In this case you will be contacted for partial shipping.
Replacements for lost shipments can only be granted when a insured shipping option was used. Orders above xxx Euros are not subject to reshipment unless insured delivery is chosen.Please note, we cannot be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future taxes if there will be any in his/her country.
